I like USGS website because it is very easy to find a recent hazard that I am interested in. Once I find the hazard I like then I go to CNN or Yahoo news and search for that exact hazard to find a related story.

Weather.gov I can find good data (numbers, stats, etc.) to incorporate into my blog.

I like both Yahoo News and CNN because they are easy to navigate around the sites and I can always find the hazard event I am looking for. If I don't know of an event that recently occurred then I can look around, in this sites, until I find something to blog about.
